Responsibilities
Develop and execute earned media strategies to generate buzz and maximize brand exposure.
Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of innovative social media campaigns across various platforms.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement earned-first activities that align with brand objectives.
Manage events and partnerships, from conception to execution, to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for brand promotion.
Foster relationships with influencers and key partners to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences effectively.

Required
3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, with a focus on earned media and social media.
Proven track record of executing successful earned-first activities, ideas, and social campaigns for major brands.
Strong understanding of the social media landscape, including platforms, trends, and best practices.
Experience managing events or partnerships, from planning to execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data to drive informed marketing decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
