Responsibilities

You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on vendor/client data

You will be the point of contact with all vendors so communication skills are key

Sales minded when negotiating with vendors

Capture, clean and prepare data and ancillary documents for analysis

Analyze and present data and due diligence findings internally and externally

Organize and store data and documents to be readily accessed

Assist in project management

Continuously improve and automate current processes to perform better analysis and more engagements

Graduated from a major university with a focus on data analytics

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with extensive knowledge of analytics and a CRM system REQUIRED (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce preferred)

Call Center or Contact Center experience REQUIRED

Hardworking and dedicated, with ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
