Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Understand clients' business objectives and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
Monitor client accounts to ensure goal achievement.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Track and report on key account metrics.
Resolve issues or conflicts with clients in a timely and professional manner.
Travel to client sites and company headquarters as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
Proven experience in account management, sales, project management, and providing an impeccable customer experience supporting technical products/services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 15% travel.
Self-motivated with a passion for building relationships and driving results.
Preferred
Additional education and/or experience in technical or engineering disciplines is preferred.
Additional education and/or experience in utility scale / commercial scale solar is preferred.
