Responsibilities
Daily interaction and communication with internal and external clients/customers
Responsible for company administration and operation activities
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Actively involved in estimating and pre-construction activities as well as supporting construction operations and real estate holdings
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
