Responsibilities

Pre-Launch Customer Engagement - Partner with medical affairs and marketing to facilitate advisory boards and executive encounters to generate actionable insights for the development of US launch strategy.

Disease State Awareness - Develop unbranded, pre-launch messaging & resource development to drive awareness of patient unmet needs in psoriatic disease.

Explore New Capabilities - Explore the legal viability, operational feasibility & financial sustainability of innovative, new capabilities to enhance customer experience & enable patient access on day 1 of launch.

Required

Minimum 7 years of business experience; at least 3 years of successful & progressive marketing experience

Solid analytical & critical thinking with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable tactics to deliver on business objectives

Capable of leading within a matrix environment & influencing without authority

Excellent communication & project management skills

Operates with integrity & respect

Track record of demonstrating passion and perseverance for long-term & meaningful goals

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory, legal, and healthcare compliance requirements

Preferred

Immunology experience preferred

Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

This position will be 3 days a week in either the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office and may require up to 25% domestic travel

Starting January 1, 2025, this role will be located solely in Horsham, PA
