Responsibilities

Create and execute an account growth strategy aligned with global marketing through efficient utilization of company resources

Lead value-added sales strategies directed at large, multi-location corporate account targets in assigned markets and geography

Achieve revenue and gross profit business goals for defined strategic accounts

Manage and optimize account profitability through mix initiatives, pricing implementation and a constant focus on account P&L analysis. Sell new high-value programs to increase margins - Successfully renew all major contracts and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters locations

Maintain a viable sales pipeline that has key sales targets and opportunities in various stages of the sale

Technical SalesPaper Industry KnowledgeManufacturing knowledgeChemical industries knowledgeFrench language

Required

BA/BS 4-year degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science or related field or comparable experience

5+ years technical sales; 2-5 years Sr. level customer interface

Paper Industry operational knowledge is a must

Travel requirement 60-70%

Preferred

Other Manufacturing and/or Chemical industries knowledge is a plus

French language capability is a plus but not required
