Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize project stream, define scope, develop project schedules, and gather requirements.

Lead project teams, facilitate meetings, adhere to project management methodology, and ensure project success.

Report project status, provide budget analysis, allocate resources, and coordinate project activities across functional areas.

Identify and monitor risks, escalate issues, modify project plans, and promote continuous improvement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentor other project managers, and act as a Program Manager for similar projects.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience

10 or more years related work experience managing IT or closely related projects

Knowledge of project management methodologies. Hands-on experience managing project teams through all phases of the Project Management Lifecycle

Knowledge of sense of urgency; ability to complete projects on time

Skills in strategic and critical thinking

Skills in interpersonal, communication and presentation with proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Skills in written and verbal communication

Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to build collaborative professional relationships

Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed

Ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients, third party vendors and other departments

Preferred
