Responsibilities
Handle resource assignment and work scheduling
Screen, onboard, train, and regularly check new team members
Triage external or internal escalations
Provide weekly summary reports on team issues
Gather feedback from leaders and cross-functional teams
Fill in resource gaps during team member leaves

Required
Engineering experience: 5-7 years
Program management: 2-5 years
BS Computer Engineering or relevant work experience (MS is a plus)
Low level embedded C firmware experience and its interaction with hardware
Effective communication skills
Ability to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a regular basis
Good multitasking capabilities to handle frequent context switches
