Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Presentations: Independently prepare detailed schedules for senior management presentations, reflecting deep financial insights.

Financial Analysis & Management Reporting: Take charge of financial planning and reporting processes for designated business units, delivering accurate and timely financials.

Process Optimization: Identify and champion enhancements in financial processes and cost efficiencies to contribute to profit improvement.

Communication & Collaboration: Clearly articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and ensure understanding across business functions.

Coordinate budgeting and planning processes, act as a key liaison between finance and business units.

Participate in setting annual budget and forecasting, handle everything from capital planning to overhead allocations.

Engage in cost accounting activities, ensure adherence to financial standards and regulations.

Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to optimize financial systems and processes.

Support periodic activities like physical inventories and fixed asset audits.

Manage budgeting and planning processes for a plant or group of manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with FP&A management to ensure accurate review and approval of annual standards.

Participate in cross-functional corporate initiatives to optimize financial systems and processes.

Work with junior financial analysts and serve as a mentor to ensure successful accomplishments.

Interact with and support internal and external audit activities.

Provide Finance support for periodic activities such as physical inventories, fixed asset audits, etc.

Other duties as assigned.
