Responsibilities

Develop and lead assigned commercial marketing activities and segment growth programs for EESS' core product offerings (Power Systems Engineering and Control, Power Systems Automation, Switchgear Modernization and Field Services).

Serve as primary point of contact / trusted advisor with sales (NAS and EESS), channel, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute growth program strategies and marketing campaigns.

Support product management in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns including lead generation, attachment, NFPA 70B, and master services agreements to support the growth of EESS.

Support channel and sales strategies to align with the overall strategic plan objectives (leading the EESS sales council, sales and channel training, and communications.

Act as a division liaison with other Eaton divisions, to drive EESS voice of customer into marketing initiatives and conferences, provide input into strategic planning and product road mapping.

Facilitate sales operations reviews and report outs with the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis in support of EBS framework.

Required

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in electrical services industry or related industries, or providing marketing communications support, sales or organizing and driving channel programs, or some combination of all
