Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes to achieve consistent project success.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project status meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and prepare detailed technical status reports for management and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues; develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Utilize deep technical knowledge to provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical standards.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams, departments, and external partners/vendors to achieve project goals.
Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and expenditures; track project financials and report variances as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team; conduct skills assessments, training, and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project post-mortem reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Provide strategic direction and consulting on technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution; proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to project management and IT.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
5 years of proven experience managing technical project teams and delivering IT projects on time and within scope.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in risk management and mitigation.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Preferred
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
