Responsibilities
Assist with financial analysis and preparation of upcoming labor contracts, including factors such as compensation, benefits, and incentives.
Develop and manage various financial reports, including variance and trend analysis.
Contribute to the development of labor contract budgeting tools and processes.
Provide analytical support to management across different functions.
Ensure data integrity in financial forecasting and reporting, collaborating with various teams.
Make financial recommendations considering business goals, industry factors, and talent retention strategies.
Identify trends and present findings to senior management.
Perform any other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
3-5 years experience in financial planning and analysis
Extremely proficient in use of MS Excel specifically (among other Office applications)
Strong background in financial reporting systems
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is highly desired
Experience working in a large labor intensive organization, addressing labor union financial impacting contract terms, is highly desired
Ability to work collaboratively, in a partnership approach across departments is essential
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all levels of management
Highly organized, self-motivated and driven, deadline oriented, possess high attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
Experience working in a large labor intensive organization, addressing labor union financial impacting contract terms
