Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and business objectives.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Required

Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time and priorities efficiently.

Preferred

Knowledge of financial services or fintech is a plus, but not required.
