Responsibilities

Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization, employees, or customers

Partners with key stakeholders for continuous improvement and development

Builds and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Manages program staff to ensure timely deliverables

Manages program activities, content, and execution

Identifies risks and implements risk mitigation plans

Provides reports and updates to senior management

Participates in program planning, budgeting, and staffing

Coordinates training programs and ensures quality training experiences

Develops and executes internal and external communication plans

Provides feedback on market trends and opportunities

Ensures program activities comply with organizational policies and regulations

Performs other responsibilities as required

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management or related field

Capable of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Project management skills

Ability to manage and lead cross functional initiatives

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

Ability to drive process and performance improvements

Experience working with multiple decision makers and constituencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Complex problem-solving ability

Detail oriented
