Responsibilities

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings

Champion customer insights and design best practices while collaborating with partners in product and engineering, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership

Iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual designs

Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into design solutions while balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and business objectives

Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications

Utilize and adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across all of the team's products

Present design solutions to executive and UX team leadership during creative reviews, Walk-the-Store sessions, and Launch Reviews

Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts

Required

8+ years of design experience

Experience with UX design of complex workflows

Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar

Preferred

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature

Demonstrated expertise in Service Design, especially as it applies to cross-platform workflows with multiple user roles
