Responsibilities
Collect, gather, and organize data from various sources related to the organization's operations.
Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Interpret data and generate meaningful insights that contribute to decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business requirements and data needs.
Provide support in preparing data for special projects, reports, and presentations.
Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving data anomalies and discrepancies.
Recommend process improvements based on data analysis and findings.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
