Responsibilities

Develop Enterprise Network Architecture including LAN/WAN, encryption, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, security, SDN, voice, video, data, collaboration, and Cloud components.
Maintain network architecture and infrastructure for multiple networks.
Develop and implement network and service monitoring capabilities, focusing on managing capacity, performance, and resolving network problems securely.
Manage configuration and optimization for all network devices such as firewalls, CDS, Virtual Infrastructure, servers, hubs, routers, and switches.
Monitor changing network technology and provide technology updates to the executive team quarterly.
Install, test, maintain, and upgrade operating systems software.
Work with Government and contract staff, and outside stakeholders to determine network maintenance and growth needs.
Ensure application of information security policies in network service delivery.
Support the system engineering life-cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, and implementation.
Secure network system by enforcing Government policies and developing SOPs and BBPs for assigned Government Information Systems.
Maintain information assurance protocols and services on information systems and associated network enclaves.
Create and administer Continuity of Operation Plans (COOP) and Disaster Recovery plans.
Manage compliance with Ports, Protocols, and Services Management as required by RMF Security Controls and DISA requirements.
Coordinate incident response and handling procedures according to Government regulations and RMF Security Controls.

Required

Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance and be eligible to maintain a Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of recent specialized experience;
OR associate’s degree plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience;
OR a major certification plus seven (7) years of recent specialized experience;
OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to speak, read, write and understand the
Ability to perform tasks under deadlines
Ability to work with senior Government and Industry leaders
Possess a very high degree of attention to detail
Capable of working at a computer terminal for extended periods.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II and the ability to obtain IAT Level III within six months of starting
