Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of analytical activities including data collection, aggregation, validation, cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and determine analytics solutions.
Apply quantitative and qualitative statistical methods to analyze and interpret datasets.
Develop and maintain datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
Produce data reports and presentations to support policy initiatives and stakeholder requests.
Review and analyze sensitive financial and grant-related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor data quality, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards.
Conduct risk impact analysis based on data findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform statistical analysis using tools such as R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, and STATA.
Provide subject matter expertise on grants data and database structures, including training as needed.
Propose methods to improve data efficiency and standardization through automation.
Prepare datasets for publication and maintain required documentation.
Evaluate and recommend approaches for optimizing data models, storage, and algorithms.
Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning techniques to analyze clinical data.
Develop and implement solutions for complex data analysis and scientific computing problems.
Create data-driven narratives and deliver technical presentations to non-expert audiences.
Ensure quality control in data processing and retrieval to maintain uniformity and accuracy.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing tools and recommend evidence-based solutions.
Document code and adhere to industry standards and information security procedures.
Support business process management, automation, and policy implementation initiatives across multiple suboffices.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in statistical methods, data analysis, and visualization tools.
Experience with data management, including cleaning, validation, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and independently when necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, or similar for data analysis and manipulation.
