Responsibilities

Manage and supervise CCP operations personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.

Lead daily shift briefings and provide clear direction to team members regarding work execution.

Oversee CCP equipment deployment, maintenance, and demobilization activities.

Contribute to management assessments and develop actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional development.

Additional duties as assigned to support project objectives.

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent with ten (10) years of related experience, or Associate's degree with six (6) years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of related experience.

Ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" Clearance with a HRP Certification.

Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

U.S. citizenship required, except in limited circumstances.
