Responsibilities
Support management, staff, and customers on a daily basis in a variety of duties
Answer non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings and appointments
Organize and manage monthly tracking of expenses for all community liaisons to ensure regulatory compliance
Track and process invoices and reports
Assist with inbound calls from the Clinical Field Staff
Conduct customer service calls to current clients
Responsible for office maintenance, office equipment, and other general office management functions as assigned by the manager

Required
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years administrative experience
Preferred
Home Health or healthcare experience
