Responsibilities

Manages and communicates end-to-end program health providing one source of clear, accurate communication.

Leads strategic operational aspects of strategic projects/programs with the customer and project management teams to ensure timely, coordinated, risk-mitigated delivery of projects and services.

Coordinates site-wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions based on the entire product and services portfolio across the site.

Prepares material for internal and external Program Joint Steering Committee and executive-level report outs.

Leads and facilitates program issues, risk mitigation, and solution escalation process, serving as a liaison with Site Leadership to ensure effective solution/resolution.

Responsible for maintaining integrated program timelines and oversight across the product life cycle.

Holds teams accountable to stage gate process and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.

Supports the organization through the deployment of standard tools and practices.

Required

B.S. in Science/Engineering or related field relevant required.

5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry and within a GMP environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and outsourcing, including use of SOPs required by Quality standards.

Outstanding client service orientation, interpersonal skills, and business insight.

Demonstrated project management experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills to handle contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of site functions and a deep understanding of the relationships and processes requiring integration among departments within the business.

Ability to optimally use a range of influencing and leadership styles, situationally dependent.

Ability to assess situations and make clear timely decisions, achieving results that support all parties.
