Responsibilities
Prepare monthly hospital invoice calculations.
Assist with developing annual budget and business plans and quarterly forecasts.
Assist accounting team with various month-end close review tasks.
Prepare physician employment and hospital service line proformas.
Work with revenue cycle management to improve KPIs and net revenue rates.
Assist with provider compensation wRVU report and payment review.
Participate in various special projects and ad-hoc report preparation.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area required.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably within a large corporation, accounting organization or healthcare organization.
Ability to interact with team members across all levels, including physicians and hospital administration.
A working knowledge of wRVU’s, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement rules for physicians and the ability to read and interpret contracts
Strong Excel skills including the use of vlookups, pivot tables and formulas.
Strong interpersonal/communications skills.
Preferred
Health care background and/or MBA/CPA desired but not required.
