Responsibilities

Collaborate with design teams, administration, consultants, and partner firms.

Prepare presentations and interview materials for client interviews, speaking opportunities, and other engagements.

Plan, organize, and maintain graphics creation for web, digital, and print collateral.

Develop graphic content including organizational charts, infographics, tables, and other technical and non-technical graphics.

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Support the coordination of conferences, speaking engagements, professional networking events, and company events.

Coordinate in-house photography and videography as well as professional photography and videography.

Update and maintain project opportunities and proposal tracking in Deltek.

Aid in updating and maintaining project, team, consultant, client, and/or firm information in records on an ongoing basis.

Accomplish additional miscellaneous as-needed projects to support proposal team responses and marketing team with campaign developments and targeted efforts.
