Responsibilities

Lead and manage process development projects related to Fiber spinning and Nonwoven materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize products using Fiber spinning techniques.

Utilize DOE methodologies to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.

Provide technical support to manufacturing operations, troubleshoot process issues, and optimize production processes.

Ensure adherence to chemical safety protocols and regulations in all process and product development activities.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.

5-10 years of experience in the Chemical Industry/Fiber spinning background.

Proven track record in Process & Product development, with a focus on Nonwoven materials.

Strong understanding of Design of Experiment (DOE) methodologies.

Experience in Quality control and manufacturing processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
