Manage Company Follow-up Boss Account
Setup MLS Searches for Clients
Lead Gen & Prospecting In Customer Database
Offer Submission Setup & Assistance
Completing and Managing All Transaction Paperwork
Vendor Coordination For Transactions (title, inspection, lender, sign posts, etc.)
Preparing CMA's for Client Listings
Managing Transaction Communication With Customer & Team Agents
Personally Assist Lead Agent With Daily Work Engagement

Required
Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service abilities
Experience in administrative assistance, preferably in the real estate industry
Knowledge of real estate operations and processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Highly detail oriented
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferable but not required
