Performs day-to-day clerical, recordkeeping, or processing duties using office technology and administrative systems.
Gathers data and assists in preparing reports.
Provides information to faculty, staff, students, and the public.
Processes text and information, answers general correspondence.
Makes appointments, maintains calendars, arranges meetings, and schedules rooms and equipment.
May maintain inventory, order office supplies, and contribute to unit goals through clerical or administrative tasks.
