Responsibilities
Maintain records on ASI residents according to HUD regulations.
Lead resident rent collection, filing, and processing/submitting HUD paperwork.
Produce monthly reports for the Regional Housing Manager.
Market ASI properties to partners, agencies, and communities.
Work on resident lease issues with other ASI staff.
Occasional travel to assigned properties.

Required
Minimum of two years property management experience
Ability to effectively communicate with residents
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to demonstrate dependability and initiative
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Prior successful experience working with the elderly or with individuals with physical disabilities
Proficiency with personal computers and standard business software applications
Occasional light travel to assigned properties
