Responsibilities
Analysis and implementation of email security and email routing solutions.
Maintain email security infrastructure, providing stability by developing policies, processes and procedures.
Provide a secure environment, by implementing controls to manage and mitigate risks.
Create, review, maintain and update product documentation.
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve root causes of incident tickets.
Escalate and liaise with additional internal/external groups when required.
Analyze problems to determine the best solution.
Implementation of email security standards such as DKIM, SPF and DMARC.
Able to support afterhours escalation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
Without a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field
Hands-on technical individual, performing IT security functions and maintaining systems.
Works independently with little or no supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent leadership, technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster working relationships with the team, Management and Client departments.
Preferred
Strong Proofpoint product knowledge regarding POD, TAP, TRAP, EFD
Strong understanding of email authentication standards such as DMARC, SPF, DKIM
Experience with ServiceNow
