Responsibilities
Developing new processes and enhancements.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure production meets customer needs.
Investigating and implementing new manufacturing technologies and techniques.
Ensuring processes meet industrial and safety standards.
Creating process documentation, including work instructions and specifications.
Staying up to date with industry trends in manufacturing technology.
Troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience.
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years of experience leading projects.
Strong understanding of Automation and Semi-Automation production processes, equipment, and quality control.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work different shifts as needed.
Preferred
Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodology is a plus.
