Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management: Use eProcurement systems to generate purchase orders, ensuring efficient processing of purchasing requests and renewals.
Ticket Queue Management: Monitor and prioritize tickets in the procurement system, maintaining high service levels.
Supplier Contract Consolidation: Consolidate supplier agreements to streamline processes and achieve cost efficiencies.
Compliance and Tracking: Ensure compliance with renewal calendars and departmental tracking systems.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep partners informed about procurement programs and client onboarding activities.
Financial Analysis: Utilize Excel for detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize procurement operations.
Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to enhance departmental effectiveness.
Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings and avoidance in procurement activities.

Required
Minimum of 2 years in purchasing or procurement roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in eProcurement systems (e.g., Coupa, D365) and advanced Excel functions.
Understanding of procurement principles, contract administration, and licensing practices.
Ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
