Responsibilities

Lead a transparent and motivating work environment for cross-functional teams on the delivery of products on time, within budget and of quality

Manage software engineering and information technology projects from initiation through delivery and closing utilizing Agile methodologies and PMBOK standards

Partner with Delivery Managers to build trust and support

Partner with Product Management and Product Owners in prioritizing strategic initiatives

Flex for Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall frameworks

Identify and mitigate project risks

Facilitate and lead ceremonies

Communicate project and portfolio health to multiple levels of leadership

Ensure consistent application of project management and SDLC practices

Perform data analysis and modeling using MS Excel

Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with team to improve flow

Collaborate with Delivery Managers to develop project schedules

Measure, analyze and report metrics for budget and schedule

Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Tech Leads to keep backlogs fed

Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet company goals
