Responsibilities

Day to day customer management, including high profile key accounts, providing consultation and optimization work.

Member of the account management team, gathering voice of customer, and aiding in prioritization of software enhancements.

Preparing business reviews through data collection and consolidation.

Documentation and miscellaneous tasks.

Required

5+ years of account management, vendor management and/or customer relations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong experience of business case preparation and presentation.

Information gathering sessions with external customers and deliver results to product management group.

Must have strong executive presence.

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and net promoter scores.

Strong Microsoft Office skills. (PowerPoint and Excel)

Ability to work independently to manage customers.

Project management experience.

4-year undergraduate degree required and/or equivalent work experience in the pharmacy industry.

Preferred

Consultative experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

Strong preference to strong mentorship/leadership experience.

Familiarity with sales demos.

Ability to work in a highly collaborative setting on cross functional projects.

PharmD, RPh or CPhT preferred
