Responsibilities

Ability to capture direct-award contracts utilizing native Hawaiian 8a contracting advantages.

Market facing and extensive experience in capturing Federal contracting opportunities, particularly supporting the Department of Defense.

Lead business development in multiple markets.

Provide detailed weekly activity reports.

Brief senior management on new opportunities, pursuits, bid/no-bid, and capture updates.

Develop new clients and maintain relationships by marketing and networking.

Identify and engage strategic opportunities.

Design plans and deliverables that enable sales and marketing to succeed.

Identify target programs, meet and exceed metrics that align with corporate goals.

Develop rapport with key decision makers within the government sector.

Perform other position-related duties as assigned.
