Responsibilities
Write test plans, process batch reports, and develop, document, and run test scenarios on proprietary software applications and general processes.
Develop testing software, as well as develop and maintain testing processes and standards.
Analyze user requirements and write test cases for Windows and web-based applications.
Identify, reproduce, and document bugs uncovered during testing.
Write/update existing test cases and automated testing tools.
Draft user guide documentation for new applications.
Work closely with Business Analysts to define test scenarios.
Aid the team by setting testing estimates and creating thorough test plans.
Work closely with the manager to evaluate testing needs and testing priority.

Required
Experienced. 3 years software testing or equivalent combination of experience & education
Technically Savvy. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; basic SQL preferred
Organized. Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Required
Communicator. Excellent verbal, written and professional interpersonal skills
Team Player. The willingness and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptive. Performs well with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
