Responsibilities
Translate parts designs and drawings into CNC programs.
Optimize machining processes and ensure quality production runs.
Design tooling and fixturing solutions.
Operate CNC machines for initial part development and verification.
Conduct test runs and troubleshoot program or machine issues.
Continuously improve machining processes.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer and 10+ years of experience in machining roles with significant setup experience
Lathe/turning setup and operation experience is required
Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Process Development, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, and Equipment Troubleshooting
Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Doosan, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Doosan, Dmg Mori Seiki), and CAM Software (Mastercam)
Preferred
Technical degree or apprenticeship/journeyman certificates
Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) and Fanuc controls
Milling experience is a plus
