Responsibilities
Responsible for organizing data and creating ad hoc and long-term reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence Strategy Analysts, engage with business users, various management levels, and the IT department to conduct comprehensive data analysis.
Interpret information requirements and deliver insights through defined Business Intelligence channels to enhance business outcomes within the organization.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services environment (preferably within a legal context) or business intelligence field
Hands-on experience writing queries for SQL Server (or similar) databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong grasp of relational database concepts, with demonstrated experience in developing reports using database tables and query tools
Familiarity with standard Business Intelligence tools such as Cognos Analytics or TM1, SQL Server Management Studio, Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services (or equivalent)
Proven ability to facilitate communication across diverse business units and effectively translate technical jargon into clear business language
Preferred
Prior experience in progressive financial analysis
Demonstrated technical and analytical skills in a professional capacity
Familiarity with Elite 3E
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in pattern recognition
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Effective interpersonal communication skills
