Responsibilities
Oversee customer orders from inception to completion.
Manage customer quotes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle all aspects of assigned customer projects.
Manage daily production meetings and schedule product shipments.
Negotiate pricing and act as the primary customer contact within the organization.

Required
Minimum 2-year technical degree or 4-5 years of industry experience
At least 2 years of project management and customer service/order entry experience
Proficiency in customer service, basic computer skills, and commodity purchasing experience
Preferred
Familiarity with JDE, Hydralist, and other similar systems
