Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote Brand Advance Diversity Media's mission and vision
Lead all marketing efforts, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with the content team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company's messaging and goals
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's values and objectives

Required
5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in media
