Responsibilities

Coordinate IDT meetings

Directly supervise and train DSPs

Develop and monitor staff schedules, including finding coverage for shifts

Conduct monthly fire evacuation drills and maintain records

Meet all DDD licensure requirements for assigned programs

Provide training, support, transportation, and assistance for individuals

Monitor well-being of individuals served

Schedule individuals' doctor appointments

Ensure program vehicles are safe and maintained

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Implement all program documentation

Perform any other duties assigned by the company

Training proficiencyValid NJ Driver's License

Required

A bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Employee must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection or investigation

Employee must successfully complete and demonstrate proficiency in all areas of required training

Valid NJ Driver's License

Must be at least 18 years of age

Push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
