Responsibilities

Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail

Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings

Maintain accurate records and files both in physical and digital formats

Transcribe notes and documents as needed

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Aid in event planning and coordination as required

Required

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dental office or medical receptionist setting

Proficient in typing, filing, and computer literacy

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn

Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently

Preferred

Experience in event planning is a plus
