Responsibilities
Manage the account portfolio.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote the company’s bearing products.
Provide technical support and product information to customers.
Generate new business and manage existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
Grow the business (existing and new customers).
Support pricing strategies and maintain pricing.
Negotiate offers and value sell.
Lead follow up and generation.
Review and plan develop a call plan for dormant accounts.
Develop territory sales strategy and action plans with District Sales Manager(s).
Project management, managing complex bid packages/RFQ’s
Ownership of the customer’s PPAP requirements.
Support key initiatives- product launches, price increase, etc.
Apply confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people.

Required
Bachelor degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service or Engineering.
Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the bearing or industrial parts industry is a plus!
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent planning, organizational and administrative skills.
Self-motivated and execution focused with an ability to meet deadlines.
Must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and winning mindset.
Willing to travel 25%.
Enjoy working in a team environment without losing focus on target achievement.
Understanding and working well within a matrix organization.
Understands business concepts and applies strong business acumen.
Hybrid Office Schedule – Tue, Wed, Thurs in office, Mon & Fri – home office.
