Responsibilities

Advise on best practices for the implementation of Cloud components, tools, dashboards, and automation

Lead team of SMEs to develop architecture and design drawings for migration effort

Interact with external partners and agencies to engineer interconnections between different enclaves

Acts as the SME for Azure and Flank Speed capabilities

Oversee technical aspects of cloud migration effort

Participate and assist in setting the long-term direction, roadmaps, and standards for technical solutions, ensuring they align to the overall enterprise architecture

Provide input into migration project schedule

Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M

Must have or be able to get within 6 months of hire, an appropriate Computing Environment or vendor certification for associated communications equipment being supported in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification, or significant experience in lieu of, with the ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment

Progressive IT experience (9 years) including at least five (5) projects in technical areas included in this job description

Must have experience with Azure IL-5 and IL-6 compliant environments

Experience creating technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and how-to guides

Experience with systems interacting with DoDIN

Knowledgeable of DISA Cloud SRG

Experience working with Navy customers preferred
