Required
Bachelor's Degree in Structural, Civil, Hydraulic/Hydrologic, and/or Water Resources Engineering
10+ years' experience managing task orders for various projects
Experience working on USACE and/or SFWMD projects and contracts
Ability to lead multi-discipline projects and teams
Strong communication and business development skills
Preferred
Master's Degree or PPM Certification
Coastal and/or island engineering experience
Previous mentoring and coaching experience
Familiarity with construction engineering services
