Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document project requirements.
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data.
Develop clear and concise business requirement documents, use cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with the development team to define technical specifications and ensure alignment with business needs.
Assist in project planning, scoping, and estimation.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive discussions.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement traceability matrices.
Assist in the development and delivery of user training materials.
Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding and facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices, and supporting the team in optimizing their workflow.
Remove impediments to the team’s progress and coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve cross-team issues.
Execute SQL queries and analyze data to support business decisions, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
Translate data findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
Continuously update and improve Scrum practices based on team feedback and evolving agile methodologies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Experience working in Big 5 IT Consulting company (Accenture / Deloitte / IBM / McKinsey & Company / KPMG) or top 10 banks (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citibank, U.S. Bank, PNC Bank, Truist Bank, Capital One and TD Bank) is highly preferred
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
Knowledge of industry-standard analysis tools and methodologies
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
