Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, and deploy innovative information/software systems and capabilities to enhance intelligence operations.

Support analysis, intelligence collection, and other business through system/application design and development.

Participate in structured development lifecycles, conduct unit and integration testing of application modules, and explore leading-edge technologies.

Required

Experience in big data concepts and technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, Solr, Cloudera, MapReduce, R, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, and the ELK stack

Experience in DevOps concepts and tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, Chef, Ansible, Docker, ELK stack, Nexus, Nagios

Experience with database platforms like Oracle, MySQL, NoSQL, Mongo DB, HDFS

Experience in programming languages and related web technologies including Java, Javascript, Python, C#, C++, Perl, Ruby on Rails, SQL, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON

Experience in application architecture and systems engineering principles like n-tier/services-oriented architecture, application design patterns, Agile development with Scrum, Kanban, application security, developing system requirements, system design artifacts and models, design documentation and development using Amazon Web Services

Familiarity with multiple hosting platforms such as Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, Amazon cloud computing platforms

Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

Preferred

Proficiency in programming languages and related web technologies like Java, Javascript, Python, C#, C++, Perl, Ruby on Rails, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, Angular, React, or Vue

Familiarity with multiple hosting platforms such as Windows, Linux, VMware, Citrix, Amazon cloud computing platforms
