Responsibilities
Provide backup coverage for the reception.
Support employees with directions, supplies, breakrooms, and conference rooms throughout the workplace.
Monitor that all the employees moving back in from shelter in place are wearing PPE and following social distancing guidelines.
Engage with new hires daily for their first week.
Responsible for swag bag and balloons on the desk when they first start.
Help client services manager with instruction and inspecting around the building for supply levels.
Help Janitorial team with cleaning common areas.
Strategize around crowded locations.
