Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap.

Tracks website performance metrics to optimize user experience.

Leads data-driven experiments and tests to inform product direction.

Measures product KPIs and success metrics.

Collaborates with engineering and design teams to optimize processes.

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering consumer products, experience with cross-platform web technologies is preferred.

Expertise of using Adobe Analytics or comparable analytics platform.

Experience in front-end web development.

Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.

Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in an enterprise environment.

Proven strengths in resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

Understanding of the technical aspects of microsites.

Experience working with multi-level management and groups.

Scrum Experience is a plus
