Responsibilities
Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
Ensure deliverables are complete and accomplished on time, to the specified quality, and within budget.
Maintain document control.
Advocacy and justification for budget and prioritization.
Develop and deliver contract documentation, including but not limited to Statements of Work, cost and schedule estimates, and status reports.
Input and maintain project management data in the client’s system of record.
Analyze and take the initiative to improve on organizational processes.
Enrich design concepts through knowledge, research, and proficient application of technical and visualization skills.
Construction submittal reviews.
Attend site visits and collaborate with project/construction managers during the construction phase to maintain design intent, quality control, address any technical challenges, and answer submittals.

Required
Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DoD or 7+ years with commercial sector.
Knowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and procedures.
Knowledge of federal, state and local building and safety codes.
Familiarity with facility electrical systems.
Engineer-in-Training.
Preferred
Master's Degree in business or engineering.
Experience with Data Centers.
Experience with medium voltage.
Licensed Professional Engineer (any State).
Experience with automation and controls through concept planning, configuration and development.
