Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products/transformers services offerings or improvements to existing products/transformers services offerings. Understand customer needs and industry trends.

Develop product strategies that align with the company's business goals. This includes setting product/transformers services offering pricing and positioning strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to develop and launch new products/transformers services offerings.

Monitor and report on product/transformers services offerings performance. Use data to make informed decisions about product development and strategy.

Coordinate the product lifecycle with the global product management team, from initial concept to end-of-life. Provide recommendations about product development, and discontinuation based on NAM market data.

Have a strong understanding of the theory of operation and construction of transformers, current transformers, bushings, etc.
