Responsibilities
Review of local municipal ordinances.
Design of sites including but not limited to site layout, site grading, and site utilities.
Assist the design team in preparation of plans for permitting and construction.
Preparation of permit applications.
Preparation of engineering reports, present technical information to demonstrate compliance with client requirements and/or regulatory requirements.

Required
Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
At least 3+ years of industry experience, preferably with land development.
Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D/Micro station.
Must understand terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.
Preferred
EIT or PE strongly preferred, but not required.
